I actually built these before the Danish Way makeover, but hadn't uploaded the lot. As you can see, both lots have a similar feel, but the Danish Way lot is much more elaborately furnished. This lot has 4 separate units on a 3X2 lot.

Unit 1: $3786 + 1434/wk furnished; $2698 + 1434/wk unfurnished. 1BR, 1BA.
Unit 2: $4078 + 1282; $2646 + 1282. Loft BR, 1 BA.
Unit 3: $4246 + 1870; $2800 + 1870. 2 BR, 1BA.
Unit 4: $3300 +1370; $2418 +1370. Loft BR, 1BA.

Pescado's Magic wand was used on this lot to reduce costs.

A note on renting furnished apartments. I strongly recommend Pescado's apthack located here in order for the apartment to work properly. If you don't want to use the hack, you can try following the instructions here. I have not personally tested this technique and cannot verify that it works.

These are quite attractive, Reggikko.   Nice and simple.  Might be good entry level places or one could have a commune or cult live there.
