Fun fact of the day: Fancy private universities take up far more of a person's time than do community colleges. Just saying.

As the title of this thread suggests, this is a makeover of the Federal Fortress lot from basegame TS2. I have used a bit of custom content, but have NOT included any of it in the download, except for some extracted career rewards. Instead, I used Clean Installer to remove the CC, so if you already have it in your DL folder, it will show up in its proper place on the lot. If not, you must download the items from their original creators BEFORE installing the lot. If you don't download the CC items, then the Maxis objects that they were cloned from will appear in their place. This lot, to the best of my knowledge, meets AwesomeSpec requirements. I have all EPs through BV (though I did the makeover with only Seasons), and all SPs through H&M.

Lot Info:

File Name: brownstone_manor
Lot Size: 5 x 4
Cost: §109 with all CC - not sure about sans CC

Custom Content not Included (must download):

Monique's hacked cheap computer for Seasons at MTS2
Pet water dish by wintermuteai1 at MTS2
Pescado's version of Windkeeper's mailbox cover (windkeeperian.zip at bottom of page) - recolours at MTS2 my site

Now for pictures! Please note: The photos have been 'brightened' in PhotoShop, because most people don't have an ultra-bright monitor, like I do. The photos may look washed out to those who do have ultra-bright monitors. Sorry, but brightening was the best way to do this.

I could swear I took a picture of the back of the house, but I can't find one now. *sigh*

ETA: I'm pretty sure I've added lights to the attic since taking these pictures. If not, you'll have to add some.

I really like what you've done with this lot.  I tend to bulldoze Maxi's lots because they are so crappy.  Thanks!  Smiley
