You have four download options:
1. Apartment Lot. 2 fully equipped houses set as apartments. Each has two bedrooms. Everything is fully furnished except the second bedroom in each, so that it can be used for whatever you would like (kid's room, nursery, study, storage, etc.)
Prices:
Apartment 1: $11,789 + 2074/wk furnished; $4642 + 2074/wk unfurnished
Apartment 2: $7,687 + 1721/wk furnished; $3896 + 1721/wk unfurnished
The common area contains a grill, table and chairs, pool, stereo, tent, merry-go-round, and kid's climbing tower. There are also 2 garden plots and a ladybug house. If you want to change anything, I recommend that you download the residential version, make your changes and then change the lot zoning.

A note on renting furnished apartments. I strongly recommend Pescado's apthack located
here in order for the apartment to work properly. If you don't want to use the hack, you can try following the instructions
here. I have not personally tested this technique and cannot verify that it works.
